“1492: Conquest of Paradise” Sanchez’s (Armand Assante) Coat

Offered here is Sanchez’s coat from 1492: Conquest of Paradise, associated with Armand Assante’s portrayal of the formidable Spanish nobleman. This olive green linen period coat is richly detailed with brown suede strips accenting the tops of the shoulders, collar, upper sleeves, and running down the reverse center, lending both texture and visual contrast to the design. The obverse center features a hook-and-eye closure, while both the front and back are further enhanced with brown linear embroidery throughout.
