"Unknown Treasure" Beige Linen Suit Jacket and Skirt

Description

Two-piece ensemble from an unknown production. Appears to be from the late 1970s or early 1980s. 

Jacket: Beige linen suit jacket with button closure and tailored labels. Welt pockets on obverse of each side. Cuffs of each sleeve have two decorative buttons. Interior is lined with beige silk fabric. Sweat pads on interior of each armpit.

Skirt: Beige linen suit skirt with zipper closure on proper left side. Accordion pleats throughout obverse.

Condition

Jacket: Dirt marks and pinholes throughout. Sweat pads on armpits have hardened from age. Small holes and inherent tears on interior lining. Repaired tear on interior of proper right side.

Skirt: Dirt marks and pinholes throughout.
